ANPUD: Asian Network of People who Use Drugs
ANPUD was established in 2008 and registered in 2010. It is the only regional network in Asia that ensures the voices of people who use drugs are represented in regional forums and supports the development of country networks in the region.
As a community based network, we represent people who use drugs and advocate for issues pertinent to us in Asia. In line with international best practice there is a clear need for community voices and participation at all levels relating to harm reduction, HIV prevention and drug dependence treatment.
ANPUD is not a service provider nor a donor

Founded in February 2010, the Eurasian Network of People who Use Drugs (ESLUN) at the moment is an organization consisting of more than 200 members from 12 countries across Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Our main goal - to represent the interests of people who inject drugs (IDUs) by mobilising the community, as well as providing a platform for joint communication and support.
ESLUN is unique because it really is an organisation of the community. Members and management of the network - people who use drugs.
Our Vision

LANPUD: Latin American Network of People who Use Drugs
We are drug users in Latin America. We are people who have been marginalized and discriminated against, killed, harmed, imprisoned, described as evil, stereotyped as dangerous and unnecessary. Now is the time to raise our voices as citizens, establish our rights and claim the right to be our own spokesmen and women.
